I worked for a world-leading financial advising company for 7 months as an analyst on the behavioral science team. During my time there, I completed 2 projects targeting the behavioral roots of clients' savings and investments. The projects contained user experience & strategy, consumer insights, and business analytics facets.
Project 1: Emergency Savings Product
Problem: 56% of Americans are unable to cover $1000 unexpected bills from savings, and this number is increasing, which is also a critical problem among Vanguard clients

Project 2: Self-directed Investment Product
Problem: 46% of clients who enroll in the self-directed investment service do not make investments, leaving $6+ billion uninvest
