NYCHHC is the largest municipal healthcare system in the United States that operates public hospitals and clinics in New York City as a public benefit corporation. I worked for NYCHHC as a project consultant on nudging for COVID-19 vaccine uptake and delivered a digital decision aid tool. The projects contained scientific research, public health policy, and patient experience & strategy facets.

Catalyst Behavioral Sciences

Catalyst Behavioral Sciences is a research and consulting firm that specializes in applying psychology, cognitive science, behavioral economics, and marketing sciences to understand and change consumer decision-making and behavior. I completed 2 projects where I worked to understand user motivations and habit formations.

Insurance

I worked as a consultant for an insurance company that specializes in loss prevention services primarily to large corporations throughout the world. In this project, I collaborated with risk managers, researchers, and the company's clients to improve the quality of communication in both physical and digital risk reports.
